I am a husband, dad, pastor, sports enthusiast, outdoor loving, coffee drinking, kind of guy.

My life changed a lot on January 30th, 2009. My wife and I welcomed our first child into the world! His name is Ethan and he is a great joy for us. Then… on September 30th, 2010, my life changed again. Her name is Avery and she is beautiful. Being a dad is so fun, I absolutely love it. I have been married for over 8 years. My wife (Kelly) and I met when we were backpacking guides for Young Life. We both love to spend time in the outdoors; running, hiking, (golf, ultimate frisbee, ping pong) etc. We enjoy it all!

Kelly and I both grew up in Colorado, but we live in Escondido, CA now (just north of San Diego). We are really enjoying living in Southern California. I work as a College Pastor at Emmanuel Faith Community Church and Kelly works as an English Teacher at San Pasqual High School.

We love our life!
